Toys"R"Us offers free delivery on orders over $99.00 excluding Express Post and Big and Bulky deliveries. We provide a shipping structure based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. All available options and their costs are shown to you before you pay. We service Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express, and road freight for bulky items, as well as free Click & Collect within Victoria for items stocked at our Clayton warehouse. Some items are shipped from partner warehouses - if this is the case for one or more of the items in your order, the order may be fulfilled in separate deliveries and can be dispatched separately. Estimated standard shipping times for metro areas are between 2–5 business days, and 2-3 business days for Express Shipping. During busy periods shipping can take longer. • Keep the original packaging, instructions and inserts until you're satisfied with your purchase. If something appears to be missing, please check the packaging carefully as smaller parts can sometimes become lodged inside.
• Inspect your items for any damage or issues as soon as possible after delivery.
