Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older ("Entrants"). The Promoter is Toys"R"Us ANZ Limited [A.B.N. 94 063 886 199] of 45/49 McNaughton Rd, Clayton VIC 3168.
3. Employees of the Promoter, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.
4. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they are 18 years of age or older, acknowledge that the Prize is subject to an expiry date, and agree to provide a valid email address at which they can receive winner notifications.

Giveaway Entry Steps

5. To enter the Toys R Us $150 Toy Spree Giveaway ("Promotion"), participants must:
   1. Click the link on the Toys R Us giveaway post or advertisement on Instagram or Facebook to open the instant form;
   2. Complete the instant form in full; and
   3. Submit the form to subscribe to the Toys R Us email newsletter and receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.
6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple form submissions, multiple email addresses, or multiple social media accounts will not result in multiple entries. Any subsequent entries received from the same person, including entries submitted using a different email address, will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits more than one entry.
7. Entry is open to new email subscribers only. Individuals who are already subscribed to the Toys R Us email newsletter as at the commencement of the Promotion Period are not eligible to enter, and any entry received from them will be deemed invalid. All entries will be checked against the Promoter's existing subscriber list, and invalid or ineligible entries will be removed from the draw before the draw is conducted.
8. The competition commences on Thursday, 8th October 2026, at 12:00 AM AEDT and concludes on Tuesday, 10th November 2026, at 11:59 PM AEDT.
9. The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by the Promoter on Friday, 13th November 2026, at 11:00 AM AEDT.
10. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided in their entry by Friday, 13th November 2026, at 5:00 PM AEDT. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if an entrant provides an incorrect or invalid email address, or if the notification email is not received, including where it is directed to a spam or junk folder.
11. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter publishing the winner's first name and the initial of their surname on Toys R Us social media channels and in other Toys R Us marketing material, without further notice or compensation.

Prize

12. There will be ONE (1) winner drawn at random, who will win the nominated prize.
13. The total prize value is $150.00 incl. GST and includes the following prize (the "Prize"):
    • 1x $150.00 Toys R Us Gift Card (valued at $150.00 incl. GST)
14. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable and must be taken as offered.
15. The Prize will be issued as a Gift Card code included in the winner notification email sent to the email address provided in the winner's entry. The Prize is deemed to have been delivered at the time that email is sent, and no further claim or response is required from the winner. The Gift Card is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and must be redeemed at toysrus.com.au on or before its expiry date. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be refunded, extended, or exchanged.
16. The Gift Card may be redeemed against any product available at toysrus.com.au at the time of redemption, subject to availability. The value of the Gift Card must cover the cost of delivery, and if the total order value including delivery exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. No further discounts apply, and the Gift Card may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. The Gift Card may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.

General

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for the Prize being lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner or after it has been released to the winner.
18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered by an entrant or a winner in connection with this Promotion, the Prize, or the redemption of the Gift Card. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
20. The Promoter's decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
21. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by a computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
22. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by website users or by any equipment used, or by any computers or technology used by intermediaries, service providers, or business partners to facilitate the Promotion.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.

Newsletter and Privacy

24. Subscription to the Toys R Us email newsletter is a condition of entry into this Promotion. By submitting the instant form, entrants expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from Toys R Us. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, however unsubscribing does not withdraw an entry already received.
25. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information (including name and contact details) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for sending marketing communications, including the Toys R Us email newsletter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://toysrus.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required to administer the Promotion or as required by law.
