Shipping Information

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Version 5.0 | Effective: 14 September, 2026

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Australia only. We do not offer international delivery, including to New Zealand, at this time.

Some remote and offshore locations may be excluded from free or standard delivery, or may attract a carrier surcharge. These include, but are not limited to WA Country (6215–6797), Northern Territory (0800–0999), Norfolk Island (2898–2899), Christmas Island (6798), Cocos (Keeling) Islands (6799). Available options for your address are shown at checkout.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A street address is required for all orders.

2. Delivery options and timing

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. All available options and their costs are shown to you before you pay. We service Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express, and road freight for bulky items, as well as free Click & Collect within Victoria for items stocked only at our Clayton warehouse (Part 2 of our Terms & Conditions of Sale).

Estimated standard shipping times for metro areas are between 2–5 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 10 days. Regional and remote areas typically take longer than metro. Express Post is faster than Standard, but is not a guaranteed next-day service.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.

3. Free delivery over $99

We offer free delivery on eligible orders over $99. The following conditions apply.

  • Minimum spend. Your order must total more than $99, assessed on your order value before any discount code is applied. Gift card purchases count towards the $99 threshold in the same way as any other payment method.
  • Service. The offer applies to Australia Post Standard Shipping only. Express Post and road freight are excluded and are charged at normal rates.
  • Warehouse. The offer applies only to products shipped from our Melbourne warehouse for which Australia Post Standard Shipping is available as an option at checkout. It does not apply to products supplied from a partner warehouse. See clause 11 of Part 1 of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
  • Big & Bulky exclusion. Free delivery does not apply to Big & Bulky items, being items that exceed 16kg in combined weight, exceed 105cm in length, or have a cubic volume exceeding 0.25m³. If a Big & Bulky item is in your cart, shipping for that item is calculated at checkout based on its weight and dimensions, even where other eligible items are in the same order.
  • Location. Some remote and offshore locations are excluded at our discretion due to carrier surcharges including WA Country (6215–6797), Northern Territory (0800–0999), Norfolk Island (2898–2899), Christmas Island (6798), Cocos (Keeling) Islands (6799).
  • Returns. If you return an item for a change-of-mind refund, our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy applies. Delivery costs already charged are not refunded.
  • Changes. We may modify, extend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. This does not affect orders already accepted.

4. Processing and dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Clayton, Victoria warehouse. We do not currently offer a fixed daily order cut-off time, and we do not guarantee same-day dispatch. Orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday to Friday, and this is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. Some items are shipped from partner warehouses. If this is the case for one or more of the items in your order, the order may be fulfilled in separate deliveries and can be dispatched separately. See section 11 of this document for more information.

Where a product is on backorder or pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost. See Part 4 of our Terms & Conditions of Sale for the full pre-order terms.

If there is a problem processing your order, we will contact you by email.

5. Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details by email. Tracking information is transmitted to you once the carrier manifest has been lodged, which is usually at the end of the day your order is packed. It may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. All of our delivery services carry tracking.

For larger orders, you may receive more than one package. If your first package arrives and something you ordered isn't in it, hold off before contacting us: another package may still be on its way, and your tracking and dispatch confirmation will show whether your order was split.

6. Signature on delivery, authority to leave and missed deliveries

Whether a signature is required depends on the delivery service:

  • Standard Australia Post deliveries do not require a signature. You can nominate Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, or by contacting us, and our carrier will leave your parcel without requiring anyone to be present. Please note, the delivery driver may choose not to leave the item if they deem it to be unsafe to do so.
  • Big & Bulky and Express Freight deliveries do require a signature. Someone will need to be available to receive and sign for these deliveries.
  • If nobody is available to receive a parcel that requires a signature, and Authority to Leave has not been given, the carrier will leave a card and take the parcel to a nearby collection point, generally held there for a limited period before being returned to sender. Please collect promptly.
  • Where you have given Authority to Leave, the parcel is left at your own risk once delivered, and we are not responsible for loss or theft after that point.

7. Incorrect addresses and returned parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected from the carrier's collection point, we will contact you. If you no longer want the product: where the parcel was returned because of your error, for example an incorrect address or not collecting it in time, we will refund the product cost only. Where the parcel was returned because of our error, we will refund the product cost and the original delivery charge.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier once your parcel is 5 business days past its estimated delivery date.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

9. Bulky and oversized items

Large or heavy products, including trampolines, swing sets, climbing frames, playhouses, sandpits, go-karts and electric ride-ons, are sent by road freight and require a signature (see Section 6). These deliveries:

  • take longer than standard parcel delivery, particularly to regional destinations;
  • are delivered by the driver to your door; and
  • may attract a surcharge to certain locations, which is shown at checkout.

Assembly is not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

10. Peak periods and Christmas cut-off dates

Delivery times are longer during peak periods, particularly November and December. Christmas delivery cut-off dates vary by year and by service, and are typically 7–10 days before Christmas. We publish the confirmed cut-off dates each year on this page and on our homepage ahead of the peak period.

Cut-off dates are our best estimate based on carrier advice. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date, and we recommend ordering well ahead.

11. Partner Warehouse products

Some products may be shipped directly from a third-party partner warehouse rather than our own Clayton warehouse. Where this applies, it is marked on the product page, and delivery times and costs are calculated separately based on that supplier's location and logistics network rather than the timing in Section 2. See clause 11 of Part 1 of our Terms & Conditions of Sale for how this also affects free delivery eligibility and change-of-mind returns.

12. Risk and title

Risk in the products passes to you on dispatch, or on collection for Click & Collect orders. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
