1. Place Your Order Online: Browse and shop your favourite products, then select the Click & Collect option at checkout. Note: Click and Collect is available to VIC customers only.
2. Wait for Confirmation: We’ll send you an email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you’ve received this confirmation.
3. Collection Hours: Pick up your order anytime between 11:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
4. Where to Collect: Head to our undercover car park for easy access. Signs will direct you to the collection point.

•  Collection Window: You have up to 2 weeks from the date your order is ready to collect it. After 2 weeks, your order will be refunded and returned to our online store for resale to other customers.
•  Be sure to check your email for the ready-for-pickup notification before proceeding to pick up your order.
•  Check your spam folder if you have not received a notification from us within 48 hours of placing your order
