Dixit, the beloved modern classic that moved millions of players all around the world, in its 2021 refreshed version. Playable for up to 8 players, this Dixit modernized version is compatible with every existing or upcoming expansion, to offer a dreamlike journey through your imagination!For each turn in Dixit, one player is the storyteller, chooses one of the six cards in their hand, then makes up a sentence based on that card's image and says it out loud without showing the card to the other players. Each other player then selects the card in their hand that best matches the sentence and gives the selected card to the storyteller, without showing it to anyone else.The storyteller shuffles their card with all of the received cards, then reveals all of these cards. Each player other than the storyteller then secretly guesses which card belongs to the storyteller. If nobody or everybody guesses the correct card, the storyteller scores 0 points, and each other player scores 2 points. Otherwise, the storyteller and whoever found the correct answer scored 3 points. Additionally, the non-storyteller players score 1 point for every vote received by their card. The game ends when the deck is empty or if a player has scored at least 30 points. In either case, the player with the most points wins.The Dixit base game and each expansion contains 84 cards, and the cards can be mixed together as desired.

  • Step 1: As soon as your package arrives, check that the correct items have been sent to you. Whilst we have multiple checks as we prepare your shipment, unintentional human errors can occur and the best time to verify everything is perfect is as soon as you receive your delivery. Check the cartons carefully as parts or small items can sometimes move around and easily be caught inside packaging or void-fill.
  • Step 2: Do not throw away any of the original packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags etc. until you are satisfied with your order. If a problem arises it is normally much easier to resolve if everything is together - there's nothing worse than contacting us regarding a missing part and learning that it is carefully protected inside the foam protector, on its way to land fill in your local municipality because it was accidentally disarded.
  • Step 3: Carefully inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage packaging.
  • Step 4: Please keep the supplied Toys"R"Us invoice or packing slip / invoice slip with your important records. This helps us to more easily track the history of your purchase. If a problem occurs you can refer back to this information (or the order reference information that we email to you) to quickly enable us to understand which product you are referring to when you need assistance from us.
